“Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian Art of problem solving. Mabel Katz explains about letting go, erasing, and deleting with Hooponopono. It’s the next step in the law of attraction (LOA). You can change your life with Ho’oponopono.” Mabel Kaltz
It is my first time that I encountered the word Ho’oponopono. This Hawaiian Art of problem solving seems nice and interesting. It is because this could help people to be aware of their free will and deleting whatever they want to forget. And letting go seems effective way to be applied from this method. Never heard of it. It’s interesting how so many different cultures and peoples have different methods for problem solving and creative thinking. It seems a little bit easier said than done to delete the things you want to forget. Not sure how that will work practically. If it does help you to forgot distractions though, that would certainly improve focus and efficiency.
