It&#8217;s easy to get caught up in planning your future. Planning for a secure and happy future is an important undertaking, but too much attention to a time that is yet to come can greatly inhibit your ability to focus on the here and now.</p>
<p>Right now, at this very moment, you can begin to enjoy your everyday life that is currently flashing unnoticed right before your eyes. Let the future come naturally and live joyfully and willingly in the present moment!</p>

One minute you can be on top of the world and the next minute shot down to the depths of self-doubt.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s no wonder that your self-esteem must be nurtured, but sometimes it&#8217;s hard to figure out how to do it in a way that&#8217;s best for you. Self-talk is the answer! <strong><em>What you say to yourself can make the difference between success and failure.</em></strong></p>
<p>Unfortunately, people tend to be their own worst critics. This just means that you&#8217;re more likely to be much harder on yourself for making a mistake than you would be for a family member or even a stranger. This doesn&#8217;t have to be the way you treat yourself.</p>
<p>When you talk to yourself, say something you <em>want</em> to hear! Encourage and congratulate yourself even for the little things. <p>Ultimately, there are no excuses for not being able to meditate. Some will say that they simply don&#8217;t have enough time. But are you not worth a few minutes a day? Of course you are! You should be able to allot yourself at least 15 minutes per day, just to focus on your own success.</p>

<h3>Try these steps in order to set yourself up for success with optimism:</h3>
<p>1. <strong>Expect the best</strong>. You should know your desired outcome for your ultimate goals and believe that the best case scenario can prevail. You may tend to drift into the &#8220;what if&#8221; thoughts from time to time, but you also have the power to fight them. If you catch yourself thinking this way, immediately shift your focus onto something positive.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Take immediate action</strong>. Reaching your ultimate goals can be intimidating. There might be many things holding you back, including the fear of failure. <p>It&#8217;s actually a quite simple concept. If you focus on the positive, you&#8217;ll attract the positive. If you focus on the negative, you&#8217;ll attract the negative.</p>
<p>Because of its simplicity, some people think this is utterly ridiculous, yet the Law of Attraction has been proven by countless people around the world throughout the ages. If you have an open mind and are willing to give it a try, you can live the life of your dreams.</p>

<p>Here are some simple tips and suggestions you can use to live the Law of Attraction:</p>

<p>Stressful issues like job loss, broken relationships, or sickness can lower our self-esteem. We tend to take the blame and feel that, if we were &#8220;better,&#8221; these things wouldn&#8217;t have happened in the first place. When thinking rationally, we may realize that this is untrue, but it&#8217;s harder during times of struggle to feel good about ourselves!</p>
<p>Here are some simple strategies you can use to give your self-esteem a boost during trying times:</p>

<p>1. Focus on the positive. Yes, negative things can happen in your life, but this must not be your only focus. As I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve heard before: &#8220;Things could be worse.&#8221; Try to turn your attention onto what you have that is good.</p>
